"Refund came through, just took a while"
I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine. The return just took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating because I thought it would be quicker, but... at least it worked out in the end

"The sizing actually worked out"
I was a little surprised, but it fit me really well. The size chart was actually accurate for once, which almost never feels like the case, right?

"Helpful support, but I was waiting around too long"
I had to reach out to resty.store support about my order, and to be fair, they were polite and did get it sorted. But the replies took longer than I expected, and I was getting a bit impatient waiting around for an update. It worked out in the end, just wish it had been faster.

"Backorder Update Took Too Long"
I ordered from Resty and didn’t realize the item was on backorder until later, which was frustrating. They did respond when I reached out, but i wish they had just told me sooner instead of making me wait and wonder what was going on. The item did show up eventually, but the slow updates and uncertainty got annoying fast.

"My order came just right"
I ordered from Resty, everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The sizes, colors, and items all matched, which was a relief because I really didn’t have the time or patience to deal with returns or emails back and forth. No missing pieces, no weird mix-ups, nothing to complain about. Happy with it, to be honest

"I ended up getting the wrong item..."
I ended up getting the wrong item at first, which was frustrating. I regretted placing the order for a bit because it turned into more hassle than I expected. Support got back to me the next day and sent out the correct item, so it did get fixed eventually, but it took longer than I would’ve liked.

"Packaging left a bad impression"
I ordered from Resty and while the item itself was fine, the packaging really wasn’t what I expected. The box showed up a little crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, so it looked like it had been tossed around during shipping. Luckily, nothing was actually broken, but it didn’t feel like the item was protected very well. For the price, I just expected more care. Overall, the product was okay, but the poor packaging would make me think twice before ordering again.

"My order arrived right when they..."
My order arrived right when they said it would, which makes the whole thing so much easier. The tracking updated like it should, and I didn’t have to message anyone or wonder where my package was.

The box was in good shape too, no dents, no weird delays, no missed delivery hassle. That’s really the main thing I care about when I’m ordering online.

I’d use Resty again if the delivery stays this smooth, it was simple, on time, and pretty much exactly what I hoped for.

"Something Felt Off"
I don’t know, I just didn’t get a good feeling from the site. It felt a little sketchy to me, and when I reached out to support, their answers were vague and didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe it’s fine, but my gut says I wouldn’t fully trust it

I’m always a little cautious ordering stuff online because I hate getting surprised by something that looks nothing like the pictures. But this was exactly as shown, no weird differences or anything. happy with it

"Honestly way better quality than I expected"
I ordered from Resty and I’m genuinely convinced the material is way better than I expected. The fabric feels soft, comfortable, and definitely not that cheap super-thin stuff I was worried it might be. The stitching also looked totally fine after the first wash, so that was a big relief.

I’m only giving it 4 stars because one item had a couple loose threads, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall I’m happy with the order, and I’d absolutely buy from them again...

"I wasn’t totally sure what I was paying for"
I’m not sure if it was just me, but the pricing on resty.store felt kind of unclear. I had to click around more than I expected to figure out what was included and what I’d actually be charged. The checkout page confused me a bit too, and I kept second-guessing whether I was missing something. Maybe other people wouldn’t have an issue with it, but for me it made the whole thing feel stressful, so I probably wouldn’t order again

"Not Quite What They Made It Sound Like"
I ordered from Resty because the product page did a great job making the item look better than it actually is, so credit to them for the presentation, I guess. Once it arrived, it was clear the description was off. The size didn’t match what was stated, the material felt cheaper than expected, and the photos made it look a lot nicer than it turned out to be. I even went back to double-check the listing, and yeah, it just wasn’t accurate. Frustrating overall, and I wouldn’t order again.

"Pretty good value, and everything went smoothly"
I ordered from resty.store last week and was a little unsure at first, so it was nice that everything turned out fine. The prices seemed fair, checkout was simple, and my order arrived without any problems. It’s not super fancy or anything, but for the money, I felt like I got a good deal. I’d probably order from them again, especially now that I know what to expect.

"Not totally sure it’s the real deal"
Shipping was fine and it showed up on time, but the product just felt a little off to me. The packaging and small details didn’t really match my old one, so I’m not 100% sure its authentic. I reached out to customer service and the replies were basic, not super helpful. Kinda dissapointed overall.
